Wrong Key Stuck In Door. One is that the key was cut badly and doesnt have enough of a slope to lift the pin as it is pulled back. Avoid pulling hard which merely binds the key against the lock pins.
Do not reinstall the driver. The driver should install it on its own. Most tweezers are inappropriately sized for this task and will just end up pushing the key farther into the keyway.
In this case you can jiggle the steering wheel itself to get the key out.
The up-and-down motion of jiggling may free the teeth that are stuck in the lock pins so you can pull out the key. If you shut off the car while pushing the steering wheel down the key can get stuck in the door. There are several possible causes. I would suggest taking the lock into a locksmith as they will have the know how tools and parts necessary to fix the issue.
