Netflix Saying Parental Controls. Choose Require a PIN to access the selected profile. On the Account page navigate to the bottom to the Profile Parental Controls section.
Under Maturity Settings click Edit and enter your account password when prompted. From the Profile Lock option click Change. From the Profile and Parental Controls section select the profile you want to lock.
Then click the down arrow next to your childs name.
Click the profile icon you just created and scroll to Maturity Settings. It means the TV show or movie youre trying to watch has a higher maturity rating than the profile allows. Open Profile Parental Controls for the profile you want to secure. From the Profile and Parental Controls section select the profile you want to lock.
